This session addresses how current strategies and present-day EJ campaigns mobilized by CRCQL and other EJ movements are reframing the practical significance of law and social policy in order to advance their environmental justice goals. Panelists discuss recent EJ initiatives that create diverse coalitions and broaden legal and social policy strategies to build community power to move toward transformative justice.
